Mum was definitely a dog person, and she was never one for cut flowers, so rather than sending an arrangement, donate to support Battersea x

Mum was tragically taken from us far too soon in February after catching Covid-19.

Mum was a great lover of dogs and she always joked that her dream job would be to own a dog sanctuary and never give any of them away. One of her fondest memories was working at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home as a teenager in the 70s, and she adopted many dogs over the years, most recently Willow from the site in Windsor.

Mum was never a big fan of cut flowers, much preferring you give her a plant instead. However, she was an even bigger fan of dogs and I'm sure she would have loved for people to donate to Battersea in her memory and help dogs and cats that are in need.
