Joan was Battersea born and bred, she was an animal lover and Battersea Dogs Home was always close to her heart.

In memory of my dear Mum, who loved her family and their animals. She grew up with dogs in the house and then went on to help look after ours. She would come round to our house daily to sit with them and let them out while we were at work.
