My lovely Mum, Margaret, sadly passed away on 12th February 2024. She supported Battersea Cats and Dogs Home and loved watching the rehoming stories on the TV programme.

Mum had pets for most of her life, and in later years was a doting "Grandma" to our cat George. She would specifically pick meals at restaurants that she knew he would enjoy leftovers from, would always save him treats from her dinners at home and never went out without a "doggy" bag in her handbag ready to take home a share for him.

She would be delighted to know that donations in her memory will have allowed dogs and cats to be cared for and medically treated whilst they wait to find their forever home.
